I know … we are barely into November and I keep talking about holiday cards.  But I am a planner and like to get everything ready so I can be prepared when it’s time to get my holiday cards and packages sent out.  I love making sure my envelopes look festive so when they arrive in the mailbox they really stand out.  The Stationery Studio has a great selection of address labels that make your holiday cards and packages looked polished.  Check out these fun picks that I absolutely love.  Click on your favorite(s) to personalize your own!

I’d also love to share some ideas for other great uses for our Christmas address labels:

  • Stick these on cookie boxes for your neighbors and friends.
  • Perfect to use on teacher gifts – they know where to send a thank you!
  • Use these on envelopes when tipping people during the holiday season.
  • Make great last minute gift stickers!
  • Save the rest for the thank you notes for the holiday gifts.

What other uses do you have for address labels?  I would love to hear your thoughts!

The Stationery Studio + One Warm Coat

3 Nov

As we approach the holiday season, we start thinking about all the gifts we need to buy.  We start working on our lists (and checking them twice!) and planning all of our shopping to get everything done in time.  This time of year is also a great time to give back to those in need.  The Stationery Studio is proud to be hosting their 3rd annual coat drive through One Warm Coat.  When we put out our donation box, it always fills up quickly.

We collect gently used coats, blankets, hats and gloves for those in our community in need.  What’s so heartwarming is when you watch actual recipients receive the coats and try them on.  You see how much it means to get the coats as winter is fast approaching.  Of course, donating coats isn’t the only way to give back during the holidays.  Some other ideas you can do at your work place:

  • Host a food drive for your local food pantry.  Food pantries are often forgotten during the holidays and this is a great time to help out.
  • Sponsor families in your community that could use your help.  Reach out to your township and ask who might need help this holiday season.
  • Host a toy drive for kids in need.

While these are a few ideas, there are many opportunities to give back this holiday season.  Please share in the comments below if you have other great ideas for people who are looking to give back at their work place.  I would love to hear how you help get everyone in the giving spirit during the holiday season!

xoxo,

Jennifer

What your Christmas tree wants this year

20 Oct

We just added some beautiful new personalized Christmas ornaments that will make wonderful presents for anyone on your list!  These personalized ornaments are a great way to commemorate a big event like a wedding, birth or first day of school.  They’re also a great gift idea for teachers, best friends and grandparents.  Every year when’s it time to decorate the tree, they will remember the thoughtful present you gave them!  These are a few of my favorite from our collection.
